I like puffs, especially chocolate cream puffs. However, the fruit puffs were not appealing to me. But when I had a taste on the puffs I had made, I was totally touched by the fabulous texture.
Now, let's have a look at the process!
Here were the ingredients of the puff. They were ordinary and essential. Nevertheless, the skill of making the puff increased the difficulty of the process. After mixed the olive oil, butter and flours, we heated the mixture and stirred constantly to avoid burning.
Then, we used the electric mixer to stir the eggs into the mixture.
Finishing the dough, we dropped it by two tablespoonfuls onto the baking sheet. When dropping it, we had to be careful with the dough, trying not to make oblate ones. Besides, while baking the puffs, do not open the oven, or the puffs would fail.
This is our finished puffs!!!
After stuffed with cream and sliced pineapples, the puffs looked more delicious and awesome!
I really love the class this week, and I want to make some puffs in my free time. However, my little oven may not be my equipment to bake puffs successfully. What a pity! If I earn much money in the future, I will buy a big oven to baking all foods I love. HAHA. See you next time!

I can’t taste your delicious handmade puffs. What a pity! I always envy you when I saw your pictures which are about your awesome class. The equipment that you were using looks professional! No wonder the class cost so much. When you have a big oven in your house please let me know. No matter how far it is, I will be there as soon as possible! And let me have a chance to taste your fabulous desserts!
ReplyDeleteIt’s extremely suffering to read your blog!!! Because every time when I read it, your photos on the blog always let me feel hungry >< I can’t cook well, but I know that fruit cream puff is very difficult to make!! It requires a lot of time learning foundation courses in order to learn how to make more advanced pastries like puff. I think you are so hard-working that you are actually a dessert master~~~ :)
